AQUA FIT
H2O provides a fun functional workout in
the comfort and warmth of our indoor
pool. It's a total workout; cardio
and specific muscle toning using
resistance of the water, aqua weights
and/or tubing. Designed for all
fitness levels. (High, Moderate,
and Low Intensity)
AQUA YOGA AND PILATES
Classic yoga and Pilates postures in the
pool. Great way to improve
posture, flexibility, balance and
coordination.
(High, Moderate, and Low Intensity)
SPIN-CORE
Indoor cycling interval training mixed
with floor abdominal work, Pilates
movements and yoga stretches. An
extremely fun way to achieve a high/low
impact workout and burn calories.
(Moderate Intensity)
BRUNCH/DINNER CRUNCH
Interval training to build endurance,
strength and cardio. Every class
is always different. Alternating
between all the different aerobic
equipment, along with weights, tubing,
stretching and balance. All levels
welcome. (High and Moderate
Intensity)
KICK BOX
A power packed class incorporating
traditional boxing skills and kickboxing
techniques for a complete total body
workout. Guaranteed to pack a
punch! (High Intensity)
LUNCH CRUNCH
Maximize you lunch hour with the quick
and efficient 30 minute, 45 minute or 1
hour circuit class combining both cardio
and strength stations. Perfect for
all fitness levels and training in your
heart rate zone. An incredibly
efficient workout. (High, Moderate, and
Low Intensity)
PILATES
Pilates movements target specific
muscles to strengthen and lengthen.
This workout focuses on the "core"
muscles (the abdominal and low back
muscles) needed for everything we do on
a daily basis. All levels welcome.

STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
Add variety to your specific muscle
toning using a mixture of free-weights,
tubing. mat/floor work, steps and
stability balls. Be motivated by
the instructor, the music and the
camaraderie or working out with others.
(High and Moderate Intensity)
TRADITIONAL YOGA
Experience all the benefits that Yoga
has to offer; flexibility,
strengthening, mental focus,
relaxation/stress reduction and
breathing techniques. The class is
structured ion original yoga format from
Tibet/Nepal. All levels welcome.
(Low intensity)
KUNDALINI-NAAM YOGA ***
Stemming from the Tantra yoga path, this
style incorporates meditation and guided
relaxation focusing on healing the mind,
body, and emotions. It is designed
to awaken and control the release of the
Kundalini energy, coiled at the bottom
of the spine. All levels welcome.
(Moderate and Low Intensity)
VINYASA YOGA ***
Originating in India, the word Vinyasa,
means breath synchronized movement.
Using sun salutations, the steady flow
of yoga postures are linked with the
breath through continuous movement.
All levels welcome, but recommended for
those who have experienced prior
practice. (Moderate and Low Intensity)
STEP, LIFT AND BALANCE ***
Free weight exercises set in a group
style format, isolating each of the
muscle groups. Balancing movements
are intertwined between weight training
exercises to help build the stabilizer
muscle groups and core muscles.
(High, Moderate, and Low Intensity)
PRE-NATAL
*** Designates classes that are
PRE-NATAL Friendly. These classes
that are identified already include
lower impact component that is
beneficial to any pre-natal health and
fitness program. All members are
welcome to attend classes identified as
pre-natal friendly. Low intensity
variation movements are given.
