Over 70 percent of your success in building a healthier body is determined by your eating habits. Making good nutritional choices is essential to your physical and psychological well-being, and creates a good indication of your overall health.

We can provide you with nutritional guidance to help you achieve your overall health goals. Your Assessment will include:

- Completing a personal health history.
- Personal analysis of food patterns that work for and against your body type.

This assessment will be the foundation to developing a healthy eating plan that is practical and fits your lifestyle and budget. The nutritional training sessions will be used to further develop ideal menus, provide additional education and motivation to put healthy habits in place, and help establish a long term healthy food pattern to maintain your total fitness goals.


Total Wellness Consultation


Membership includes a Nutrition Counseling assessment and one counseling session.

The combination of lifestyle, dietary choices, nutritional supplements, exercise and stress reduction as well as each persons' unique individuality are essential to the success of any lifestyle program.

A nutritionist will  personalize a plan specific to your goals. Each client completes a comprehensive wellness questionnaire before their initial meeting.

Upon reviewing the results of the questionnaire, a plan of action is designed to include education in selecting the proper functional nutrient dense foods and meals, body fat analysis, supplement suggestions, a detailed customized exercise regimen and stress management strategies.

Clients are actively involved throughout the entire nutritional program and are very instrumental in its design. We believe in strengthening the body systems naturally through a carefully formulated wellness program that improves overall health. All programs are based on current scientific research and are encouraged to be reviewed by your health care provider if necessary.

The first session is approximately 60 minutes in which the clients' history is reviewed and an eating, exercise, stress management, and supplement plan will be customized for you with specific suggestions for your short and long term goals. Consistent follow-up sessions are essential to the success of your program and necessary to achieve personal goals towards the improvement of your overall health.
