Transitions Lifestyle Program

End the cycle of yo-yo dieting and unhealthy eating with a total-lifestyle approach to health and weight management that helps you achieve long-term success.  The program consists of nutritional counseling, training and exercise that target the individual's needs.

 
Some of our available Programs:

Nutrition Counseling
A licensed nutritionist will complete a current nutritional status, medical history, vitamin and supplement use.  Food intake will be nutritionally analyzed to determine basic deficiencies and caloric distribution by Carbs/Protein/Fats.  Current weight status, personal fitness and nutritional goals are provided.

Renewal Series
An individualized life coaching, nutritional support, and fitness conditioning for women who are overcoming cancer, heart disease, injuries, post-physical therapy, post-natal, and depression.

Meal Planning
Feeling overwhelme4d?  What do I cook each week?  How can I make it healthy and the family will still eat it?  How to plan a week's work of healthy, nutritious meals for the whole family.  This includes basic management and planning skills, family food preferences, recipe evaluation, quantity food preparation and guidelines for changing recipes/food preparation methods.

Shopping Trip
A basic evaluation of what is currently in the pantry and suggestions of what to buy to meet your nutrition and fitness goals.  Includes a routine trip to the grocery store.

Sports Nutrition
W learn the difference between eating for weight loss and for optimal exercise performance, the importance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in optimizing physical performance and how your body uses energy during exercise.

Nutrition and Boot Camp
This series combines our nutrition and boot camp series together in a group setting.  Combining fitness and nutrition together can provide the results you are aiming to achieve.  Buddy up for this package and you and a friend can encourage each other toward your goals.
